Restylane- Patience: Restylane (dermal fillers) is an excellent filler. However, it is "hydrophilic" which means that it attracts water. That means that you will swell a lot for about 3 to 4 days, possibly longer if you get bruising too. I would recommend patience and faith. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks before you judge your result. Then if you don't like them, return to your doctor to see what can be done. Dissolving is an option.

Restylane (dermal fillers) in lips: swelling after lip injections is not unheard of. You may want to wait another day or two before dissolving. Then- be sure to have your face evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
