3 yrs ago i was hit in the back of the head by a 15lb ball i went to the doctor and was okay recently i've had major migraines. should i be concerned?

Probably not: The ball probably has nothing to do with it. It is very common for migraine headaches to start in the 20s: severe, one-sided headaches with nausea, incapacity, and vision changes. Just treat the migraines. There are many choices of medications or combinations depending on the severity, frequency, triggers, and duration of your headaches.
