I recently had my head beat on by my boyfriend and didn't see a need to get looked at by the doctor until now. everytime my blood pressure goes up i get a migraine all of a sudden after the head injury. is something more wrong than a knot on my head?

First, trust that you have legally dealt with, and dispensed of, your violent boyfriend. Following closed head injury, it is not rare to suffer post-traumatic headaches. If these are truly migraine, a neurologist can treat these, and largely prevent future events with new breakthrough medications.
