knee surgery for broken femur + torn meniscus a couple years ago. still in pt but in constant pain but i take ibuprofen daily. why does it still hurt?

Femur & meniscus: If injury was intros articulate, may have irregular, painful, arthritic joint. Other possibilities include scar, verve problems, & soft tissue injury with pain.
