Recurrent tear: There is a possibility that you have a recurrent meniscus tear. I suggest that you have a repeat MRI with ia gadolinium(dye injection in joint). This makes the test more sensitive.

Several reasons.: There could be other issues within the knee. Or, you could simply be under-rehabbed. Check with your surgeon.
