Have had constant knee pain for over a year. mri and x rays cant find anything wrong. had surgery for torn meniscus a year and a half ago whats wrong?

Only your orthopedic: -surgeon can tell you.he has seen the inside of your knee. Also if there has been a new injury, the MR is not infallible, a good ortho exam is usually a little higher in accuracy.
