Ultimately no: Everyother month you'll be ovulating from the side with no tube. Nonetheless you should still have a good chance if conceiving from the other side. However - even on the good side you have an increased concern for an ectopic do you need to be appropriately vigilant onyour monitoring of your cycke.

Tubal pregnancy: Actually studies have shown that the live birth rates after a tubal pregnancy are essentially the same if you remove the tube or incise the tube and take the ectopic pregnancy out (salpingostomy).
