Weigh the pros/cons: In theory if your remaining ovary and tube are normal you have possibilities besides ivf; although it's likely your 'best' option as far as probablity of success. You should talk to a good reproductive endocrinologist to weigh pros and cons of other treatments against their lesser success rates. You didn't give your age but that might push the decision one way or the other.

Depends: In medicine in only few cases we can say that some things are 100% for sure. Most of them are less likely or more likely. In your case advance endometriosis is associated with a decrease in fertility . This doesn t mean you cannot get pregnant. It means that your chances are decreased compared with a person without endometriosis.Other options to be tried are decided by an ob/gyn
