How can i increase my chance of conceiving faster with just one patent fallopian tube, both tubes were blocked so i did tubal flushing after doing another hsg just one tube is currently patent. should i do another flushing for the other tube?

The problem may not be simply blockage. It takes the normal delicate lining of the inside of the tubes to accomplish natural conception. If these linings are scarred, the chances of a life threatening ectopic pregnancy increase. Ask your treating OBGYN what your chances are now, before you do more procedures. Why were they blocked? One good tube is better than 2 injured ones.
