How long?: Your chances depend on many things besides tubes, but if you were normally fertile before the ligation let's assume you still are. The chance of pregnancy goes down as the tubes get shorter. How long are your tubes? Studies show that with a tubal length of 4 cm or less, pregnancy rates are zero.

Could be: Could be anovulatory cycle (didn't ovulate, ) irregular ovulation (late) or pregnant (test again.) that covers 99% of the possibilities.
