Daily vitamins: I generally recommend a daily comprehensive multivitamin, a calcium/vitamin d supplement, and omega-3 fatty acid supplement.

A good multivitamin : Vitamins (by definition) are substances that our bodies can not produce but need to function properly a good multi vitamin should be approximately the rda for all essential vitamins and minerals.
