See below: Any generic, once-a-day, multiple vitamin should cover your needs. Often the least expensive one is the best choice. If you're eating a fairly balanced diet, the vitamin is unlikely to be necessary. Fatigue is almost never due to vitamin deficiency; if your diet is poor, protein and calorie malnutrition is more likely than just vitamin deficiency - I'd look for another cause.
