Is it best to take daily multivitamin? Heard that some vitamins can build up in body. Is it harmful if have too much of a vitamin? Is there any health risk in taking multivitamins? Is it best to eat well and forget multivitamins?

Good question: Opinions vary and after asking this question for the last 25 years you will not get a definitive answer. With that said I think it is valid to take a multivitamin or supplement.
