I am on 40mg daily of lovenox (enoxaparin). if i accidently took an extra dose once because i couldnt remember if i took it already can it hurt me?

Probably not: That is a prophylactic dose. However, try not to do it on a regular basis. Keep a calendar and mark off the doses. Always give it the same time everyday. For example, bedtime then always at bedtime. Hope this helps.
