Don't worry: Taking one extra dose of Lovenox (enoxaparin) is nothing to worry about. However, i would avoid any possible traumatic injuries over the next 24 hours. That being said, if you have any bleeding anywhere, nose, mouth, rectum or funny brusing go to the er.
