Probably: Four years of cigarette smoking typically isn't going to cause a lot of damage to your lungs or anyone else's. The problem is that four can quickly become 40 and then you'll really be sick. Stop smoking now while your lungs are still healthy. Get help from your doctor your friends or family if you need to.
