How can i get back to exercising after a long time in order to lose weight?

Slowly: If you have ongoing medical problems then you need to check with your doctor before starting an exercise program. If you do not have problems then start very slowly. For example, if you want to start a walking program start walking 5-10 minutes every other day. Every two weeks or so you could increase the time by 5 minutes. Increasing slowly will prevent injuries and keep you encouraged.
