Obesity & Fasting: Fasting will lead to more weight gain. You are thinking with old myths that are debunked. Completely wrong. You must eat to lose weight. You will do best to eat six meals of 200 to 250 calories/meal to lose weight the best. That is as long as most of your calories are from proteins. Then if you add exercise to this 'grazing' eating pattern you will even lose more weight.

Small changes: Instead of skipping make small adjustment in the way you eat. For example eat smaller portions, eat more fiber in the form of fruits and vegetables, substitute whole wheat bread for white bread, drink diet drinks instead of high fructose drinks.
