Weight is fine: Bmi is 21, well within the normal range of 18-25. If u feel u r overweight, perhaps counselling for an eating disorder is needed. If u feel your body isn't toned, exercise more to burn fat & build more muscle. If u want to get to 165 lbs (bmi of 20) & stay there, change eating habits permanently: lean proteins, low glycemic carbs (fruits/veggies/grains), good fats, low-fat dairy; portion control.
