Its what you eat: The exercise is a good thing to burn calories, but to lose fat and build muscle you need to restrict carbs in a meaningful way while increasing unsaturated fats and protein to replace the carbs taken away. I suggest you spend a boit of time with a registered dietician and plan your meals to do this, don't need to go full Keto to achieve optimal fat burning, but it is a goal you can think about
