Exc: There is not a number. Do a little a lot instead of a lot a little. I rather work out 15 min every day than 1hr and 45 min once a week. The key is consistency.

Exercise: American heart associaton recommends. One hour 5 days a week moderate to intense exercise or 6 days a week of one hour if less intense exercise.
