1: After exercising, you should probably just drink fluids. Wait one hour before consuming any food, so that the body has a chance to calm down and assimilate the food you eat. The trick is to eat properly so that when you exercise, you burn fat and make muscle!

For athletes: Immediately after exercise, i recommend consuming coconut water and 20 grams of protein (whey isolate) and a glutamine supplement. This will be approximately 100-150 cal and the coconut water will help to drive the protein into your system to repair and rebuild and will prevent a hunger surge an hour later. You should have 5-6 small meals a day.
