Too many calories: The basic formula is energy in/energy out. Sometimes exercise may increase appetite. Write an honest food/exercise diary and compare your weight over time. If you are gaining then you usually you need to cut back on your caloric intake. If this doesn't work, you may benefit from professional supervision. Start with the gym nutritionist which is sometimes a free service.
