borned & raised in Puerto Rico. After fellowship went with the US Air Force for 3 years. In 1995 came back to PR. At present founded AlliancePulmonary Group in Guaynabo, an affluent suburb of San Juan.
At present besides private practice, do research projects in asthma, COPD, allergies, Pulmonary hypertension & Sleep disorders. Ad honorem tittle with the UPR medical school where 4th year medical students, residents & pulmonary fellows do rotation in my practice as well as in the only Pulmonary hypertension center in PR. This center was established in a joint venture with other pulmonologist & a cardiologists at the Auxilio Mutuo hospital; the biggest hospital in PR with over 525 beds.
