Follow your weight.: No one can tell you. Your own brain and body will tell you. Eat protein 3 times a day and avoid processed foods, flour and sugar. As long as your milk is plentiful and you are not gaining weight you are doing well. You may even lose weight slowly without problems, 1-2 pounds per week. But stable weight is possible even as you convert fat into muscle into fat. Eat lots of leafy and green vegetables.
