Not typically. : Botox lasts ~3 months so you'll have to get re-treated if you desire. As a returning patient for botox, you should be responsible for just the Botox treatment and not have a separate consultation fee. However, if the provider's 'consultation fee' for returning patients is offset by a lower charge for the Botox treatment, its all semantic at that point. That'd be an odd way to breakdown the fees.
