Not blaming any doc but just asking if lorazapam should be prescribed on any first visit unless obvious anxiety disorder with some history of patient.

Really: Hard to say. Depends on if old records were available, if patient fill records were looked up in a data base? Lots of variables . With pith these tolls, i wouldn't , but with them and past use, yes.
