Runmbling belly--ok: Some rumbling is quite common and it is typically more noticeable when you are relaxing/laying down chilling out. It is so because Adrenalin is low and environment at night is often more quiet and so you can feel and hear more. As long it is not causing pain or bothering you, i would not worry too much. Often, some meditation can help quiet things down a bit. If concerning, consult doc. Good luck.
