Abdominal pain: This pattern could reflect abdominal muscle strain, but recent exercise or strain should make this obvious. If strain history isn't likely, then inflammation of muscles or intraabdominal structures must be considered especially if other symptoms are associated like tenderness, nausea, bowel symptoms, fever, etc in which case examination by a physician is needed.

Gallbladder, pancreas: Several problems can cause this. Pancreatitis can cause this, pain usually severe, and may be associated with nausea. Any resent alcohol consumption? Gallbladder can also be painful, and fatty foods may be the problem. If you have gallstones they can trigger pancreas attack. Rest your stomach. Just drink clear water, sips. If not better in few hours got to ER or your doctor.
