lower left pressure mostly in back, side. spreads to chest/stomach at its worse. 7 weeks post nissen. pressure worsens laying down/on side and at nite?

Possible Gas But...: At 7 weeks out from surgery you should be well-healed. This may likely be gas-related pain for which you could try over-the-counter remedies like Gas-X. That said, post-operative complications can occur, so I would suggest you call the surgeon's office and speak with a nurse about your specific symptoms, as they may warrant an in-person exam in certain circumstances.
