Have a bulge that comes and goes on right side of stomach, below belly button. a lot but not all the symptoms of hernia. felt and seen more laying down than standing up. not when coughing. reverse of hernia description. could it be something else?

It could be: It could still be a hernia or some other mass causing the bulge. Impossible to say without actually examining it, so I recommend having it examined by a Dr to determine what it could be! I would not wait till it is causing pain or problems.
