Without a clinical exam and possibility x-rays your description is inadequate for even a guess. Recommend that, despite your embarrassment, that you see a dentist as soon as possible for an evaluation.

Three : Three years with two sore spots.........! as previously answered by dr.Funari it will be difficult to diagnose without an exam and x-rays . You should be concerned, not nervious about it. Look into your local pages or simplly google for a maxilofacial surgeon in your area, make an appointment and allow him to diagnose and if necessesary a biopsy will be taken. Good luck!
