Without : Without a clinical examination it is impossible to determine the cause of the gummy smile. This condition may exist due to excessive gum tissue, inadequate lip length, or jaw position. Unfortunately most of the cures require surgery. An evaluation by and oral and maxillofacial surgeon is a good place to start to determine the cause and potential treatments.

Go : Go to www.Gotoapro.Org and go see a prosthodontist to determine the reason for the gummy smile. This will determine what can be done.
