Oral hygiene: Proper home care of teeth which is brushing flossing and a diet that is low in sugars, starch, carbohydrates and sticky foods all help.Seeing a dentist at least twice a year for cheek ups is also important.

Healthy smile: Thorough brushing, flossing 2x/day, eating a low sugar diet avoiding those delicious gummy type candies as well as sticky cakes and confections, etc. Do eat raw vegetables which have a kind of cleansing action and high in essential nutrients.
