Seek treatment: With or without insurance you require care. Your Dentist may be able to offer you a payment plan. Ask your county social services agency, or your local dental society, for local reduced fee clinics. Less expensive care available at dental schools. Seek individual dental insurance plan (may be costly). Not every problem is covered by insurance. May have to pay out of pocket.
