A : A facelift should give you a permanent improvement to your facial appearance (meaning you should always look better than you would if you didn't have the surgery), but you will continue to age. A repeat facelift procedure can be done several years down the road if you want to.

HI : Hi most facelifting procedures provide a permanent natural looking result. You do however continue aging and may need a touch up procedure 3-7 years down the road. Visit my website for more information and before and after pictures of facelifts cheers.

Nothing is forever: A well done facelift should show good result for at least 5-10 years depending on your age and health factors. But that does not mean you should expect to do a revision facelift every time you see early signs of aging. Other procedures such as volumizing injections (sculptra, fat, fillers) and laser skin resurfacing can help extend the results you get with a lift.

Depends: As no facelift is necessary, you never have to get the surgery redone. Yet, surgery does not stop the aging process, so it is not uncommon for someone to have a second one years later. Just be careful to not have too many procedures as this can lead to unnatural results!

Do facelifts last?: Facelift surgery forever will turn back the hands of time but the clock still is ticking. For example if a single identical twin had a facelift they will always look younger. Most facelift procedures take 5-15 yrs away depending on the skill of the surgeon, patient's aging pattern and other factors. https://pacificcenterplasticsurgery.com/2011/11/29/minimal-scar-facelift-surgery-lite-lift/.

Facelift longevity: Average is 8-10 years and then you might need a nip and tuck. You can prolong it by keeping up with Botox and fillers.

Permanence: Face lifts last 7-10 years. Though you have had surgery, gravity and aging does not stop. Revision all surgery is sometimes indicated but that depends on the expectations of the patient and their surgeon.

Nothing is permanent: You will continue to age with or without a facelift, so at some point in the future you may want to have another procedure. No one has to have a facelift, and it is very important to set realistic expectations. Be frank with your plastic surgeon, and ask what you can expect personally from the procedure. Facelifts Last 10yrs: The results from a facelift are permanent in the sense that you will always look better than if you had never done anything at all. You will continue to age and generally in about 10 years, most people will consider and additional procedure. The most important factor in maintaining the results is good skin care: sunscreen, anti-oxidant and tretinoin on a daily basis.

Facelift: Most facelift procedures last several years. The clock is turned back by repositioning tissues and removing excess skin. However, the skin and supporting structures continue to age. Some patients seek revision surgery at some point.

Clock keeps rockin': as one my my professors use to say: " you can turn back the hands of time, but the clock keeps ticking". While a facelift may make you look younger, you will continue to age and 10 years later you are still likely to have permanent effects of the facelift but it does not mean that you will stay frozen at a fixed age.

Facelift - Lasting ?: In general, if you have a safe and effective procedure, your benefit should last. This does not mean that you will look as "good" as you did, 6 months after your procedure. There are many pathways to obtain lasting results. You can look at this site for examples of various time periods after a facelift. Each patient's long term results vary. http://www.drkulick.com/before-after-gallery-san-

Yes and no: Like any cosmetic procedure- a facelift cannot freeze time- it can only roll back the odometer. You will continue to age in the years after your facelifting procedure, but you will always look younger than you would have if you had not had the the procedure performed. I hope this helps

Yes, Yes: The results are permanent in that you will never look as old as you would have without the facelift. But you will still age. Therefore if you live long enough, it may need to be redone. For best results see a facial plastic surgeon.

How Long does Lift ?: While the skin that is removed is permanently removed, most people are thinking, when will the lift relax? The lift relaxes based on the quality of the skin, sun exposure, smoking, and genetics.
