If : If you are coughing, feel shortness of breath, and or have chest tightness after inhaling the fumes, then you should see your primary care doctor right away or present to an urgent care/er. A pulmonologist (lung doctor) would be a good choice as well. However, depending on your insurance you may need to go through your primary first. It sounds like you may have sufferred a pneumonitis (inflammation) of the lung. This can be confirmed with a chest x-ray and othe rdiagnostic tests. The treatment is usuaaly supportive(oxygen etc.) often times antibiotics are needed. Please seek help. All the best.
