Avoid Bleach: You should be fine, with time. As long as you can breathe comfortably and speak in a full sentence i would just wait and let the tissue heal. There are safer cleaning products. Please be careful.

Fumes only?: If it was just fumes, supportive care is all you need. Fluids and ibuprofen. If the liquid actually came in contact with your eyes and/or throat, a chemical burn to the mucous membrane of a severe nature could occur.
