Second Opinion: Make sure you seek a second opinion from a surgeon certified by the american board of thoracic surgery, and has a lot of experience with operating on lung cancer.

Third opinion: If your cancer can be operated on, that is usually the best option. It may be too risky though that's why make sure you get another opinion from the best lung cancer surgeons in your area.
