Thee is always hope: Stage 4 lung cancer is usually incurable. Nonetheless, many advances have been made and we see patients surviving over two years. Brain scans and adequate biopsies are essential for proper chracterization and molecular identification. Emotional support cam go a long way. To the patient: have a sense of acceptance and peace of mind. To you: be of a good cheer!
