Nausea: No, usually due to lactate and lack of tolerance of the raised lactate. Would recommend interval training to limit lactate rise. May need to back off and progressively increase activity to improve energy system use and lactate tolerance. Other reason can be poor nutrition with hypoglycemia.

Not normal.: A solid workout will make you feel spent, but shouldn't make you vomit. You may want to have this looked in to.
