I have a black spot on my teeth. yesterday i was scraping my tooth to get food out and noticed the spot trying scraping it off but it is not moving now it hurts if i eat on that side. i did have a filling on that tooth about 3 years ago?

May be you have removed the broken piece of metal filling . You need to see your Dentist who will Diagnose with radiograph and visual examination and treat your symptoms accordingly.
