When : When teeth move, it is many times an indication of periodontal disease. You must go see your dentist as soon as possible. If you do not, you might end up losing your teeth. Please see your dentist right away.

I : I agree with zev. Moving or shifting teeth at your age can indicate a problem wth the supporting bony structures and needs to be evaluated before you experience unnecessary tooth loss.

There : There are a lot of ways to save your permanent teeth. Further losing bone will end you up losing your teeth. If you don't want to wear full dentures, please see your dentist before it is too late.

Everything changes: Just as all the tissues of the body change with age, so do the teeth shift in response to the changes. These age-related changes can be augmented by environmental factors such as habits, trauma, and jaw joint and tongue posture changes. It may be prudent to seek an orthodontic evaluation to prevent further adverse changes.
