These : These are signs of a stroke (right sided numbness, tingling, facial numbness) and you need to call 911 right now. Strokes can be caused either by a bleed or a clot in the brain, decreasing circulation to parts of the brain. The longer the clot or bleed is left untreated, the greater the chance of stroke extension, paralysis, loss of body function, and death. Time is brain. Call 911 asap. Do not drive.

Not strike: Pain is not symptom of acute stroke. Pinched nerve in neck is much more likely.
