When i bend my arms for awhile i feel a slight pain like right under the back of my elbow down to my wrist like running along the side of my forearm. is this a nerve problem? no numb, warm or tingling feeling. but sometimes i have a burning feeling?

Not necessarily a nerve issue as could be extensor tendinitis (tennis elbow), or a bursitis. An exam by your doctor could sort it out nicely.
