While in the car(and this happen in december too) i get this weird fuzzy/tingling feeling while i in the car. it happens arm(hand), legs(knee, feet), shoulders, neck and left part of my face.is this cause of anxiety or something else. i have acid ref?

Lots: Lots of reasons for your symptoms. Could be from neurologic disorder, syndrome, imbalance in vitamins/supplements/recreationals, and so forth. You will have to her examined to start the diagnostic process. Take with you a list of All your meds, prescribed/recreational, OTC. Lab tests may be required.
