L arm,shoulder/blade,neck pain off/on 2wks.bump high in armpit visible only w/ hand behind head. gets worse more i press on it.arm feels numb/tingling, aches, carry 24lb baby and sleep on left side. getting breast u/s&mamm, physical exam norm per np?

You seem worried more, you have had physical evaluation so hopefully you would get the reassurance or diagnosis after ultrasound. Do you breast feed? The armpit may just be reactive lymphnode. The sore muscles may just be from carrying the baby as you suggested and you could look for a different way like a front or back baby carrier to ease the strain on your left side.
