If : If you have concerns about the care provided by residents, you should contact the director of the residency program. The hospital will be able to provide his/her contact information.

Talk to your Dr: The service attending is responsible for the care and conduct of his/her residents, speak to the attending. If no resolution, can contact the residency program director (internal medicine or other) and/or the hospital administrator.
