Don't do it: Let someone examine and treat this for you. The scalp is very thick skin. You can do a lot of damage trying this on your own.

Doc: If it has been 2 years it may have turned into a calcified lump,as they can do,and these don't drain. To remove a calcified lump in an adult it would need to be removed surgically. Any attempt to drain this at home may introduce skin/scalp germs like MRSA into your deep tissues and end up with blood poisoning, loss of part of your scalp or death.
