Med eval: 1st don't feel bad if counting sheep doesn't help you to fall asleep. In an oxford university study of people w insomnia - it took the people longer to fall asleep when they counted sheep. Do use good sleep hygiene. Retire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening.
